Ambient Air Vaporizer

An ambient air LNG vaporizer uses natural air convection to turn liquefied natural gas into gas without extra fuel or power.

Technical Specifications

Design Pressure:
Up to 40 bar (low pressure) or over 40 bar up to 400+ bar (high pressure modules).
Design Temperature:
-196 °C to +50 °C (cryogenic inlet near -162 °C).
Outlet Temperature:
Typically 10 °C to 15 °C below ambient temperature
Continuous Working Time:
Standard unassisted run time is 8 hours before defrosting or switching to a standby unit.
Materials of Construction:
Corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy finned tubes (such as AW-6060 or AW-6082) with stainless steel headers or liners.
Design Codes:
ASME VIII Div. 1, PED 97/23/EC, with CE-marking options available.
